Liz and Harry Simpson DIAMOND WEDDING CONGRATULATIONS Liz and Harry Simpson met working for Smith of Maddiston who were based in the Aerodrome Hangars in Grangemouth where Liz worked in the office and Harry was a forklift truck driver. They became a couple and got engaged in 1964. The happy pair married in Bo’ness Baptist Church on October 16, 1965 and are now celebrating their 60th “Diamond” Wedding Anniversary. The couple’s first home was a room and kitchen in Corbiehall in Bo’ness but they later settled in Grangemouth, firstly in Bute Place then in Moriston Court, where they raised their children, Gillian and David. The family has now grown to include four grandchildren (Lauren, Christie, Alanna and Daniel) and a son-in-law Craig and daughter-in-law Joyce. Congratulations and lots of love to Liz and Harry on their special day from all the family.
